How to remove your data from Ripllo.

Disconnect a connected platform

To stop Ripllo from accessing or storing data from one specific platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads):

  1. Sign in at ripllo.com.
  2. Go to /creators/dashboard/stats.
  3. Click Disconnect on the platform card. The OAuth token and all cached stats are deleted from our database within 24 hours.

You can additionally revoke Ripllo from the platform's own app settings — for Instagram via Facebook, that's under Facebook → Settings → Business integrations.

Delete your entire Ripllo account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Email support@forjio.com from the address tied to your account, with the subject line Delete my account.
  2. We will reply within 5 working days to confirm and to ask any questions needed to verify your identity.
  3. Once verified, we delete your account, all connected-platform tokens, and all stats within 30 days. Backups expire 30 days after that.

Some records are retained longer when required by law — typically tax invoices and audit logs relevant to fraud or security investigations. See our privacy policy for the full retention schedule.

For Meta / Instagram users

You can request that Ripllo delete the Instagram-derived data tied to your account by following either path above. Disconnecting from /creators/dashboard/stats is the fastest — token revocation propagates to Meta within minutes and we purge the stats row within 24 hours.

If you have any concern that data hasn't been deleted as requested, email support@forjio.com and we'll investigate within 5 working days.
