Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Ripllo, operated by PT Forjio Teknologi Indonesia ("Ripllo", "we"). By signing up or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Ripllo.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Creators must own — or be legally authorized to manage on behalf of an owner — the social-media accounts they connect. Merchants must be a registered business or sole proprietor with valid tax ID.

Authentication is via Huudis SSO. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify support@forjio.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

When you connect Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Threads via OAuth, you authorize us to fetch and display, on your behalf, the data covered by the scopes you granted. You can revoke this access at any time from your dashboard. Revoking deletes the stored token and the cached stats within 24 hours.

You must comply with each platform's own Terms of Service and developer policies (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads). Misuse — fake engagement, bot followers, automated consent-bypass — voids your account.

Creators: deliver in good faith on commitments made via Ripllo campaigns. Do not misrepresent reach, demographics, or brand-fit.

Affiliators: do not use spam, brand-bidding on competitor terms, cookie-stuffing, or any tactic prohibited by the merchant's program rules.

Merchants: pay creators and affiliators on time per program rules; do not solicit fake engagement or use Ripllo to inflate vanity metrics.

Ripllo charges merchants a platform fee per active campaign and per successful conversion, billed via Plugipay. Creator and affiliator payouts are net of platform fees and any payment-rail fees. Detailed fee terms are shown at signup and on the merchant billing page.

Tax: Ripllo issues a tax invoice (faktur pajak) for Indonesian merchants where applicable. Creators are responsible for declaring their own income.

You will not:

Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass platform integrations

Use Ripllo to harass, defame, or impersonate

Upload illegal, infringing, or malicious content

Resell access or automate signups

Interfere with platform stability (DOS, abusive request rates)

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. You may close your account at any time from settings — outstanding payouts will still be processed on the next scheduled cycle.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Ripllo a non-exclusive license to display that content within the service for the purpose of providing the service. Ripllo's code, design, and brand assets are owned by Ripllo and may not be copied without written permission.

Ripllo is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific campaign outcomes, or the accuracy of third-party platform data. Verified stats reflect what the platform reports to us at fetch time and may lag real-time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ripllo's aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid by you to Ripllo in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the District Court of Bengkulu (Pengadilan Negeri Bengkulu).

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Refunds for Ripllo subscription fees are governed by our Refund Policy.
